Ferny Hill Lamb
Ferny Hill Lamb is a local business supply premium first cross Dorset lamb meat. The lambs are processed at Gundagai Meat Processors and cut up in a private butchering facility that is fully licensed. Lamb is aged/hung in a cool room for a minimum of 7 days, which ensures the best quality.
Half and Full lamb orders available. Meat is cut up, packaged and labelled at a cost of $ 12/kg. Most lambs are between 24kg and 40kg, this will vary at different times of the year. Sausages and other cuts can also be done at extra cost.
